Free Trial Cancellation Policy - Customers may cancel their Free Trial orders at any time, with no further obligation defined as follows:

1. To Cancel Within The 14-Day Free Trial Period: You may cancel your Free Trial order at any time within the 14-day Free Trial period as defined on our Terms And Conditions page, posted on this website. Cancellations must be made by e-mail or fax.  Phone cancellations will not be accepted.  We insist on any cancellations being made by fax or e-mail, to avoid future misunderstandings. Just click on this link to bring up an e-mail cancellation form. Complete the information, enter your cancellation request in the comments section, and send it. We will confirm safe receipt by return e-mail. Or you can print the e-mail form, fill in the information, and fax it to us at: (305) 792 2679. If you cancel within the 14-day free trial period, you may keep the unused portion of the 30-day supply we shipped to you with our compliments. Please note however, that the $4.95 shipping and handling charge to your credit card is not refundable.
2. To Cancel After The 14-Day Free Trial Period Has Ended: You may cancel the ongoing monthly delivery of AgeForce HGH patches at any time prior to your next scheduled monthly credit card charge and shipment. Cancellations must be made by e-mail or fax.  Phone cancellations will not be accepted.  We insist on any cancellations being made by fax or e-mail, to avoid future misunderstandings. Just click on this link to bring up an e-mail cancellation form.
