AutoShip Cancellation Policy - Customers may cancel their AutoShip Plan orders at any time, with no further obligation, by sending us an e-mail prior to their next scheduled AutoShip delivery. Cancellations must be made by e-mail, to avoid any misunderstandings, and to establish a record for all concerned. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
